Well I randomly got permabanned on my account (12/31/9999) in the email it said I was trying to use my account commercially which I never did anything or tried trading in-game content for other content or anything, I just think Microsoft is a little harsh and "ban-hammer happy" if you will. If anyone can help me get my account back I will find some way to repay you.

there is no way of getting your account banned unless you know a really chill enforcement team member that will do it

I've been banned for being accused of modding on a clean account on a different IP and console.

Can ya believe that shit? I was shocked when it happened I thought people were always full of shit when they said they get banned for false reasons like that.

Well i was playing MW3 last night, out of nowhere it said i was signed in on another console, i tried to connect to XBL and it said i was console banned. I know what it was from and its so stupid that microsoft will not for the love of god let you license transfer.I license transferred BO2 Maps and about 2 weeks later this happens. oh and i almost forgot i just had bought a 70$ xbox card and bought ghosts with it :russianroulette:
