if you are on about dashlaunch freezing then just manually set the plugins via your launch.ini.
if you are on abot your jtag/rgh is freezing at boot logo then just press the power button and straight after hit the eject it will bypass the plugins.if not then put a blank launch.ini on usb stick and turn jtag on go to dashlaunch and take off the plugins.
