1.) is the elgato really worth it ?

2.) where can i get a person to make me a banner art or a avatar for my yt ?

3.) what are some tips to get my channel out there ?

I can only really answer #3.

To get out there be you. Nobody else in the world can offer what you can because they are not you. Do not try to mimic what other people do. It comes across as cheesy if you do. Just be yourself, and if you are a likable person, than your channel will be likable too!

Keep up the good work, I look to see some of your videos in the future!
