I met up locally to buy an iPhone 4s, it seemed pretty legit so I went through with it for $100. It's reset, and how do I activate it?
I can go to the Verizon store tomorrow, which I think would be the easiest?
Also, for tonight can I just set it up without activating like an iPod?
I have my SIM card from my old LG G2 that broke, can I just put it in the 4s and it'll work?

By activate i'm assuming you mean through itunes or with your service provider? you need a micro sim in the phone to sort everything through itunes but if it's with your provider then you may have to contact them

You can setup the phone like an iPod. You won't have service though. And as for the SIM card, if it's broken, it won't work. If you had a working SIM card with service, you could just swap the SIM cards out.

Don't try anything with your old SIM by yourself. Just wait til' you go to the store.

The SIM card is fine. The LG G2 works, it's just the screen is cracked which broke the touch screen. But it still powers on.

I'm not sure what kind of SIM card an LG G2 has, but if you know it's the same as an iPhone, then you can just put that SIM card into the 4s. To do it just go to the side of the iphone. (I believe it's the right side not 100% sure though) You can open the little panel with something small such as a safety pin. But don't jam it in there. You should be able to just push in and pull out with ease. Take the LG sim and just place it in carefully. And slide it back in. Make sure it's facing the right direction.
Edit: I've done this moving from my pantech matrix to the iphone 3G and also when I got an iPhone 4s.

prisonedalien11 wroteBTW you might want to call your service provider sometime after the swap. You may or may not get some data connection issues.Hoen wroteprisonedalien11 wroteYou can setup the phone like an iPod. You won't have service though. Oh also, if I jailbreak it tonight, can it still be activated at Verizon?
