Their Not Releasing Heist On PS3 Or Xbox 360 No More

Their Releasing The Heist On The Xbox One, PC & PS4

There was some code leaked that showed Heists running at like 17 fps during a test on current-gen consoles. Heists are too much for the 360 and PS3 and will more than likely only make it to ONE/PS4/PC unless Rockstar magically optimizes them to run at 30 fps for current-gen (and considering they'd need to bump it from 17 to 30 fps, that's very wishful thinking).

Cant they get sued for false advertising if the heists arent out for 360 ps3?

Nope, because they said it would be in "GTA Online", they never specified on what platform(s).

Well before the ONE and PS4 was even out, they said heists would be out "soon". So with that i'm sure they meant 360 and Ps3..

Why wouldn't they be? I don't think 360 or PS3 would be able to run it. I also think they'll make it a exclusive to get more money.
