So as we all know, we've had slavery in the past, racial segregation and discrimination against skin color, religion and nationality. The main antagonist was the "white" people. What I don't understand in 2014 is the minorities that pull the race card on every white person out there, just to get money/food/housing/justice for something that never happened. There is more racism and discrimination towards white people today, than there is against minorities. Since I live in Arizona, we have a lot of illegal and legal minorities, that demand housing, food and money; when we refuse to give it to them out of nowhere, they pull the race card out and start propositions and protests. This is just something that really pisses me off.

Coming from a white person, I just dislike when being called a racist cracker from anyone that isn't white because I said I do not like Obama at all. And I don't like him, whatsoever.

This is an interesting topic to reply on.
The hate towards the Caucasian race is simply due to the misuse of superiority in the last 5 centuries. Slavery, penal colonies and everything done to cancel out all races tends to now fire back. I don't agree with racism at all but when you look at the people who've been treated poorly at the time of whatever incident, they have a reason. It may not be a good reason but it's theirs.
The race card makes me laugh with any race because it doesn't give a valid reason of whatever it is.
I personally wish everyone was blind so that way, color isn't an issue and races wouldn't exist.
No disrespect to the OP but, it seems to me as if you found Caucasians to be the innocent branch of the human race.
This was a good, reasonable rant that I enjoyed reading. I hope that whatever you feel doesn't affect your view and respect for other races/

I'm not saying the Caucasian race is innocent with hate crimes. what I'm saying is those hate crimes are 70-300 years old. Some of the minorities who target Caucasians for racism claim they've been hurt, when in all reality they are using a 100 year old ordeal between minorities and the white people to get something in modern times. If most white people hated minorities many of the racial laws would not have been passed, or they would not have been followed. I'm glad you enjoyed this rant.

My science professor used to always joke and say the hardest thing to do in life is explain what color is to a blind person.
On topic however, i believe education is the key to end racism. Most minorities who have called me racist, for lets say making fun of Obama's "Obama Care" had the IQ of a toddler. This i also find true among the Caucasian community as well. When i traveled to Texas last year for vacation, i was called racist multiple times by Caucasian males and females for making fun of bush; They even took it more serious, even going to the extent of telling me to leave Texas. i hate to generalize however, for i am positive not all of texas is like that, only a few people i met at bars i guess. A couple of months later, i did some internship with a sociologist professor and explained this to him. He told me, "If someone ever calls you a racist for an obviously stupid reason, just say why and watch them freeze." Been doing that ever sense and some people actually do freeze.

BigWes wrote There is more racism and discrimination towards white people today, than there is against minorities.
This statement is absolute bullshit, for lack of a better word. This is even refuted as you say;
BigWes wrote Since I live in Arizona, we have a lot of illegal and legal minorities, that demand housing, food and money; when we refuse to give it to them out of nowhere, they pull the race card out and start propositions and protests.
What are you talking about when you refer to "we"? You mention that "we" refuse to give "them" (the racial minorities) money.
You could have said the government, but by saying "we", and then separating the racial minorities from that group, you're implying that the group of people who has the power to make decisions is the "white", or majority race. This is in essence is the problem.
I'm not saying that white people are immune from racism, because they're not. But, the Caucasians hold the most power within Western society as a race, and people are more likely to associate with those that are "like" them. Which arguably means that in virtually all sectors of life (employment, obtaining a loans, general respect, moving up the corporate ladder), the white person (specifically white male), enjoys privileges that people of other races don't get the luxury to enjoy.
The fact that race is even in the topic in the first place is unbelievable, it's as if you're ignoring all of the white people who also apply for benefits and exclusively focus on the people in the minority races that do it.
What I gather you're trying to convey is that someone who is a racial minority applies for benefits, it automatically makes them a person who is using their race to benefit themselves. Regardless of the circumstances that they may be in, and regardless of whether or not they actually need the benefits, you'll still assume that they're "pulling the race card". Why? Because they're a racial minority. My question to you is what if a white person applies for benefits? What does that make them, and why aren't racial minorities viewed in the same way?

I don't see why this would bother you at all. If you aren't a racist it shouldn't matter.

[EDIT] I've removed my reply because it will probably cause me problems.
I 100% agree with your post, ethnic minorities have more rights than us, while I agree it should be equal rights between EVERYONE that just isn't the case...
