No matter what I do I can't get the Crate itemsPosted:

I posted a topic on this yesterday, but after seeing all the tuts on how to get the special items without actually collecting the crate I still have nothing, any tips? Am I doing something wrong? I've watched and followed every step of about 3-5 different tuts the same way as shown in the video but nothing?
