Okay so I need help to choose graphics card
PNY GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB DDR5
Or
EVGA Super Clocked GeForce GTX 660 2GB DDR5
( I have a 480 wat psu is it still safe to use the EVGA because it needs 450 psu

i would go for 780 because it is even better then the titan Z so go for the 780

The 660 is the faster card, but what's your budget? The R7 265 is also faster than the 750 Ti for about the same price.

The problem is because I only have a 480 wat psu so I cant really handle 4 pin connection graphics

If your PSU doesn't have a 6-pin PCI power connector, you probably need to replace it because it's junk.
