I'm in my own private lobby, I'm feeling generous would anyone like the collectors edition weapons? There's the hammer, Bullpup shotgun and the .50 Pistol (Desert Eagle) 1 - 2 shot kill on other players.

It doesn't let you drop these anymore I'm pretty sure. The hammer is the only weapon other people can actually keep, anyways. My friend dropped me all three and the shotgun and deagle go away when you die or join a job. He tried to drop me another hammer for my second created character and it doesn't let him drop anything.
