I haven't purchased from this guy but I have from another seller and I have to tell you, it's worth it!
However, there is a HIGH chance you will be suspended from Xbox Live for 2 weeks. When your 2 week suspension is lifted you'll still have all your money etc.

This guys prices are also not expensive. They are the exact same as the rest of the sellers that do this service!

It isn't possible to set someone elses RP online. Probably won't ever be possible either.
This is done via recovery but if you purchase a package you can choose the rank that you would like to be set to
