alright so my friend laptop is having some issues so i told him i would take a look at it to see if i can help solve this very irritating problem.
The problem is when i turn it on it say "configuring windows" or "installing updates do not turn off" things like that. then it will just keep doing it for hours, so if i boot it in safe mood it will actually go to the login screen but then when i sign in it just keeps loading and eventually it will just freeze. I have tried everything i can think of and i cant fix this. it just keeps freezing and not loading.
He said it started happening after he stupidly downloaded frostwire... idk if that has anything to do with it. I even tried to restore it but it just freezes.
Also he has windows 8
What can I do to fix this? +REP for whoever helps solves this problem.
