no. Its an old game they dont pay attention to + theres 1,000's of modders on there

Got console banned and account banned like 2 years ago. Pretty much as long as you don't go around bragging that you can mod you should be fine

GTA IV Is so old i think if i mod that game i only got account banned or maybe nothing

Microsoft is't going to know your using a modified console and just ban your account and let you keep using the console
