im so confused because some people say that is safe and others say that i got risk to get banned

Every type of modding comes with a risk bro, it's against Xbox terms, so there's always a risk. They don't pay much attention to gta 4 but you never know!

There is always a risk of getting console balled if you use a modded console.. You can get banned if Microsoft find out you have modified your console and dont even used mods.. Well thats like flashed it or whatever if you are hot swapping then its different but point is if you use any mods that require using a modified console you are always at risk of a console ban and if you use gamesave mods or profile mods you are looking at an account ban. There is always a risk because its illegal and against there terms of use the only reason you wouldnt get banned is if you dont get caught but thats like speeding.. Loads of people do it but only a handfull people are caught out of the amount of people who do. There will always be a risk. For something like GTA 4 there is less risk but if you are so scared about it then just dont do it. Most people that iso mod have 2 consoles 1 they play on normally and 1 for either hot swapping or a flashed 1 for mods. If you only own 1 xbox and cant afford a new 1 if you get console banned just dont do it it would be a stupid risk.
