really no risk of ban??? ..... and if they do, where you ban halo or xbox live

I know nobody is going to commit to saying that there is no risk of ban,,,, but if anyone knows from experience, say it to know what to expect

Thats weird, you must have done something else because I've had a 50 on my main for months, ban or sign of ever getting one.

Plus I play H3 all the time, so I'm surprised.

as far as everyone knows your lying. Because I have mine for about 6 months now and no ban. So show proof then.

I'd like to give everybody this advice because it has been risking me being banned also.
Do NOT send messages on Xbox Live about modding anything in any game. If you message somebody saying, "Can I get instant 50 mod?" That will risk both whoever is sending and receiving the message in getting banned.

If you don't want to get banned, don't send messages regarding mods on Xbox Live itself. Use this.

Don't listen to me then. After having to accounts and testing on on Halo and being banned. Determined the account was banned for modding on Halo 3. If you get banned do not blame me. Never mentioned anything about mods on the messaging system nor posted gamertag anywhere. I had a personal friend do it for me. It resulted in a ban within a few weeks of only playing 3 weeks. Need email proof I can take a screenshot from my main.

I was stating what happened to me. Not 100% saying it will happen to you, sorry for offending. Maybe I should try again? Maybe I hit a bad time and got banned in a ban wave? Many things could explain.

Wait did you get a recovery done? Or was it spoofed?
Recoveries will get you banned on H3, spoofs won't.
