i am silver 5 first season and steadily made it into my promos.

as soon as i hit promos first game my first pick guy bans out jinx first ban, he then went mid.....

i main adc and main jinx, then i didnt get jinx as i was last pick, so i went renek top. won my lane and yet we lose, why? because the bot lane lost hard.

second game i dont get adc again and guess what. we lost through bot lane feed.....

do riot try to troll?

I don't think Riot is involved with who your team bans, or pick orders for all that matter. Pick orders are completely random. If your "Team Captain" bans a certain player, Then he bans him. I recommend learning more than one adc so this doesn't happen again.

i do know more adc's, but i wasnt first pick and twice in a row and both times adc was picked before i could. i know its noones fault really its just everytime i went adc we won the game and as soon as i hit promos i dont manage to get adc

It happens man, just remember if u never troll/feed there is a bigger chance that there is a feeder/troll on the enemy team than on your team.
