Just a quick question my rgh doesnt read any discs so i want to change the drive, but im assuming all i need to do is swap the drives boot xell and the dvd key for the new drive will be there and then just reflash the nand with the new dvd key? is this correct or do i need to do something else, thanks!

Well i never had to go through any of that when i had my RGH, so im not familiar with the process. But i do reckon you could use FTP to send files wirelessly from your PC to RGH. Or you can use a external drive and do everything on your PC before reconnecting it to your RGH.
I can't see any other reason to wanting to replace a busted Drive when you hardly use it? But if you want to be my guest.

ive double checked lots of times it would sometimes read a disc like once in a blue moon ive tried cleaning the laser aswell
