Hey guys I keep getting this error called 16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem it says close or ignore but it constantly keeps popping up anyone know how to fix this solution thanks?

Run CMD (as a administrator)
Type "sfc.exe /scannow" (Do not type the quotes marks)
And does it detect corrupt/missing files?
