Which discs are you using to burn your games?
It has to be DVD+R Dual Layer 8.5 GB

Its a DVD+r 8.5gb disk I burned it on yo one of those

I can't help you then sorry I have no idea what's wrong unless the file's corrupted, that's all I can think of.

The ISO should be 8.5 GB (8,534,030 KB), I think you have a truncated ISO. You would need a JTAG/RGH to launch that.
