I have all the plugins setup

Xbox Stealth
Xbdm
rpc

is the order of my plugins and no tool seems to connect
is xboxsdk mandatory?

Rpc is the old plugin. Gotta get XRPC.xex for tools to work.

Your plugins are fine. To the people above me, RPC.xex is the new plugin, and the dll shouldn't be set as a plugin.

@OP Xbox SDK (Neighborhood) is needed, and you need to have your console set as the default console in neighborhood to be able to use XRPC programs.
