I like it. But what game are you streaming? because sometimes its cool to fit the overlay around the objects in the game (minimap, hud, etc.)

It's really big in the center of the screen... may block some gameplay.

I like it. Nice and simple, and easy to read and understand.

There are some things that stick out to my designer side, and some things that I think that you could fix, but other than that it is still great.
