You're not super clear in the text, so I'm far from certain of this but it seems like perhaps your JTAG is banned and corrupting your game saves when you take them to other consoles?

If that's the case, your either need a new KV flashed to your nand, or you need to perform the "uncrippling" to remove the effects of being banned.
