If you got Twitter you could always ask Activision Support or Infinity Ward if they could reset you, Probably wouldn't happen but its worth a try if you want to get reset.

You could take the risk, and it's a big risk, to go on twitter and tweet the makers of Ghosts saying you accidentally got into a modded lobby and would like your rank to be reset so you can continue to play the game legitly, only problem is by doing that you probably risk a ban.
