I would like a AMD build that will run tomb raider call of duty and newish games on high settings please.

i will need,
Case
PSU
Motherboard
Ram
Graphics card
CPU (if you can find a good aftermarket cooler i'd be very great full
I have a 500gb hard drive but i guess if there is a cheap 1tb you can find ill take it.
cheapest operating system (or i guess ill pirate one )
i have a dvd drive

i finally have money saved and am able to build a pc thanks to any of you that help.
