Mine is Warwick because he is somewhat of a tank. He is also a champion meant for the jungle which I like to hang around in.

Yasuo or wukong, yasuo best mid champ at the moment and wukong a strong top laner if u know how to use his w properly (invicibility)

At the moment it would be rengar he is the most broken champion at the moment I use the Ryan Choi build in jungle and I can pick people off when I like which is like a 1 hit kill.

I have a few, I'll say my favorite in each role.
Top: Darius
Jungle: Udyr
Mid: Yasuo
Adc: Vayne
Support: Don't play support but Soraka.
