I bid on a card and I won, but then the EA servers went down. Now my card is stuck in the Transfer Target menu and when I hit X on the card, it says There was a problem communicating with the FIFA Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later.

How do I get it out? This is on PS4 by the way.

It's been happening all year, hopefully it will come back so you can get the card. Don't be too hopeful because people don't get the card back at all sometimes. Complain to EA, they might compensate you

try using the web app or the iphone app that how i got mine unstuck. if that does not work go to ea live help
