You have to receive the conformation code by phone call not text.

But it doesn't give me the option to receive a call. The only option is "Confirm number by: Sending me a text"

You have to keep refreshing the page until you are lucky.

inspect the element of the text button selector, change "code_sms" to "code_voice'

then enter the number, it may or may not work
