I only got $25.. Couldn't work Pinger or the AOL method.. Still little boost for FIFA 15

Can somebody help me please. I'm from the UK and I have made a US xbox account and redeemed the code etc. BUT whenever I try to purchase a game on xbox I get a error code, If I try to purchase a game on xbox.com it doesn't give me a option to pay with the money I redeemed... only a option to add a credit card... PLEASE HELP.

You need to use a VPN on your xbox... same thing happend to me.
