With a new CPU, comes a new motherboard. It is bound to happen because the old motherboard you may have now, possibly will not support the CPU you wish to purchase. Because I dont know what you want to do with your computer, and what any of the components are in your computer, I'll provide you with what CPU and Motherboard I use.
CPU: AMD FX-8350 8 Core 4.2 GHZ Processor [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair V Formula Motherboard [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Hope this possibly helps, I love these two components

Why get an 8350 when you can gt an 8320 and overclock it, personally if you are going for a upgrade, I would look at intel CPU's if you can afford it.

You gave us no info at all, so we can't help you.
What's your budget and currency?
What are your current specs?
What will you be using the computer for?
Will you overclock?

I had no clue what he had for a build so I just provided what I use for a CPU and Motherboard.
Like r00t said we would need more information.

I used to go with AMD until my computer met its maker (My stepdad threw it across my room.) So I upgraded and got an i5 4670k with an ASUS z97-a and a hyper 212 evo. These two components work great together and the motherboard overclocked my cpu to 4.4 GHz on its' own! I recommend these parts for sure.
