1st of all there are no such thing as modded weapons.

There are such things as modded weapons even low level ones your head must be real far stuck up your a** because you sound ignorant af and get your facts straight before you go around mis-leading people and yeah the game might be more fun if you do it legit but thats his choice if he doesn't want to,if he wants modded shit then let him have it.

There are modded weapons for Borderlands 1 & 2
And maybe people don't have time to play the game legit, Don't judge a book by it's cover

If you want infinite ammo then you need to mod your black market via gibbed editor. for modded weapons they are still around but the modding community are limited to what they can change without the sweepers picking them up, best mods are changing ammo type "infinite pistol that shoots norfleet bullets" and changing parts to make weapons look strange or invisible
