I would recommend trying another power brick, perhaps your friends or something because it could just be your power brick went bad. Prepare for the worst but still pray for the best!

My old one did that and when I took off my hard drive it started up fine just needed a new hard drive. Hope it helps

There is a web page with how to get the error code and so the casue of the problem i will try find it for you

Any family have XBOX? Get their cables
Try feeling if there is air coming out the back?
