I got my Astro A40s today and I plugged them in setup everything. I heard great audio but my mic was not working or even appeared on in my Xbox 360 live party chat. This how ever wasn't a problem on my PC, it did work on PC. I tried updating my firmware on my MixAmp Pro but it didn't fix anything. Can someone please help?

Do you have everything plugged in correctly? Make sure your talk back cable is plugged into your controller and your Mix amp.
If you do, it could also be an issue with your controller so I would try using a different one (if you have one).

I do, double checked. But voice works with my Siberia V2s using this same MixAmp Pro. So I don't think its the controller. Thanks tho.

Okay I had the same prob. I had to get a new chat cable. I use Siberias and Astro mix amp now and if u are gonna do that you have to get a Y splitter cause it won't work together.
