Permanently suspended and can't get your account back?
It's pretty ridiculous that an account can be permanently suspended after all the money you put into it as a yearly member. Well I think you should be able to pay a reasonable price to get your account back. If someone is a yearly member and they receive a permanent suspension i don't think that's fair for them. Ex: I was permanently suspended for engaging in cheating for the first time and lost over twenty games. I know that getting permanently suspended(Ex: cheating, harassment etc.) is your own fault but not even receiving a warning or a temporary suspention is a little crazy. If you think this idea would be nice GO VOTE thanks!

You should't be able to get your account back but you should be able to download things off of it. Pretty stupid how you can spend hundreds on stuff then you loose it all if your account get bans and its licence transfered to another xbox or your account and console get banned at the same time

i agree a friend of mine had around 250 dollars i think on his account ready to spend and it was banned

Paying to get your account back ?
If you do something to breach the terms and conditions then you suffer a consequence for your actions.
Therefore, should you really be allowed to have your account back ?
