Is the disk clean?

You can try getting a torrent, which we cannot provide.

1. If you're using offline files, your disk tray may not work (my doesn't anyway). Just disable internet connection and press eject after you boot with the power button.

2. You need to set it to a specific directory and make sure the device is big enough. Also I don't think you can use the xbox internal hdd, I think you need an external usb one (I might be wrong)

3. Try using fsd, it is easier to install games. Also for mod menus you usually replace files in the extracted files (when you install the game). Most use dlls and tell you how to install it.

well i hope you know when you use the offline files when you flash a new kv to your nand just patch the kv and replace the dvd key on it to the one matching your console and it will work lol you should have known that already

I hope you weren't such a cocky prick thinking you know everything (and why should I have known that, even though I did). I've flashed a kv to my NAND with the correct dvdkey and the disk tray works fine, without the offline files xex enabled as a plugin. It has nothing to do with my NAND and kv, it is the offline files xex. As soon as I remove it as a plugin, the drive works. With the plugin enabled, the drive reads everything as DVD (so installing games, results in and audio and video folder - like a DVD - the drive doesn't actually read the disk and so can't tell it is an xbox game).

I have no idea why the offline files do this (for me anyway), my guess is they spoof dvdkey, which is great if it is sent to the live servers, as they can't tell this drive has been used on another kv. This is probably wrong, so don't post back saying so.
