I'm up for playing anyone on the XB1 now but the football starts at 8:30 (9pm KO) so I need to be done by then.

i cant start the xbox 1 tournament without there being 16 people otherwise it doesn't work out.......i could have done it with 8 but now that means kicking 2 people out and that wouldn't be fair

Just do 5 games and only let 4 people progress (Do it by goal difference)

Xbox one first game fixtures are up the 4 teams with the best goal difference will go through so just getting a win may not be enough

yes and take a picture incase your opponent tries to lie by saying they wont when they didn't because that may result in both of you being disqualified
