I think its for those who preordered or got a code.
But they may send three download codes when beta is out, so there will be some to give out.

The beta is there for the people that have a code for it.

About the three codes, I think if I am correct that you get three codes for playing the beta that you can give out to friends or whatever.

If anyone happens to have an extra code, could you possibly PM one to me? It would be really nice, considering that Gamestop lost my pre-order and its deposit.
