I am open for suggestions but i looked around and the r9 280x seemed like a great card the processor im still not certain about

I'm hoping you also have a 1tb HDD with this build aswell.

The GPU is fine but if you can, try to up the CPU to an intel core i5 or i7. You will get a much better bang for you buck. Thats what I am doing tonight (Putting another build together)

Good build altogether. Lets see if you get some more opinions.

What would you recommend ill spend about 150 on a proccesor

$150 extra? I currently have the same CPU as you were going to get. It's all preference. I'll see if I can find something. You should possibly just stick to the same CPU for now.
