Okay, so I recently started using Google Chrome because Firefox was giving me some problems. I logged onto my YouTube account as always (I have a Google+ account) and it prompted me to create a Google+. I already have a Google+, so I exited the window and continued on.
Later on, I tried to like a comment on a video and it prompted me to create a Google+ again. I didn't know what to do, so I just said yes and the window went away. Now every time I try to vote on a comment an empty window pictured below pops up for a second and then disappears. The comment does not get voted on and every time I attempt to vote on it the same thing occurs.
I tried signing in and out and even tried to ask a question on the YouTube Help. When I tried to ask a question on YouTube help, it says that I need to sign in again. When I try to sign in, the windows refreshes and I still can't ask a question. It just keeps prompting me to sign in.
I have no clue why this is happening. I haven't had this problem before and I would appreciate if anybody could point me to a way to fix it.
