I've never played jungle before and I'm level 29, should I now make a smurf to learn jungle instead of using my main account which I will obviously have better players on the enemy team ??

It's pretty tough to jungle on a smurf especially at a low level. Without proper runes and full mastery tree, you'll get destroyed by jungle creeps. I'd just recommend trying to learn the role now. If you watch some streamers who mainly jungle (Meteos, TheOddOne, Nightblue, etc.) you'll be able to learn a lot.

What I did was Learned my route's in bots then I soon went in to normals and I got used to Ganking
