If you're a car meet host and you think someone's going to blow the meet up because 'they need to be out of passive mode to turn their lights on' you can tell them you can do it IN passive mode.
It's pretty much the same way as getting rid of the bullet holes but either way this helps eliminate some trolls.
Step 1: get in your car and turn the lights on.
Step 2: accept a mission from someone Martin, Lester etc.
Step 3: you will get to the first screen where you can change the radio station.
Step 4: simply leave the mission and you will be spawned outside your car with the lights on.
Hopefully this should help with some trolls.
