Well the CPU is not even 2ghz. That's a huge problem right there. The GPU is integrated and isnt that great. Not great at all.
Some major enhancements are going to be needed. Before any serious gaming can take place.

You do the clock speed of a CPU is not what says if its good or not right?
Also op you should invest into a discrete GPU instead of a integrated one and a new CPU will help the speeds of the pc .
You do on the other hand have a good amount of ram.
If you do get some cash to upgrade than come over to the building fourm and I'll do my best to help you out.

you wouldn't even be able to run minecraft at 30fps lowest settings ;)

Come on guys, you should know that hes running on a laptop, so he cant get a dedicated GPU

OP: The answer is no. Its a very low end laptop which would barley run Minecraft @ 30fps

That is a pretty low end laptop. But he could run minecraft on pretty low settings. I would know this because i used to play it on a netbook.
