If you go to the matrix home page they have diagrams for the the Matrix glitcher v2. I recommend that, because you don't need anything else to program it. Just flip some switches on the board.

The thing they were doing in the command prompt waas flashing the Nand. That's just have some work and its straight forward. You can use any Nand flashing program that it is compatible with (NANDPRO 2.0e and most third party software). Some are cmd some have a GUI (Graphical user interface). Send me the pdf you have and i can take a look at it for you and try to break it down.

Realistically the nand reader doesn't matter. They all do the same thing. I'm just recommending the Matrix glitcher because you don't have to program it, which requires you to buy more things.
