Officer then walks over to car and talks with driver ( tell him why you pulled him over, ask for his license and insurance papers.

Dispatch: go ahead

Officer: Can i have a background check on a Joe Smith of los santos

DISPATCH: 10-4

Dispatch: A joe smith comes back with no warrants but has been pulled over twice this week.

Officer: 10-4

Officer goes over to car and chats with the person he pulled over and with lets him go with a warning, a ticket, or arrests him.
