guys i have a load of website popups on my laptop and i dont know how to get rid of them im pretty sure i downloaded somthing like an idiot but help everytime i open somthing it opens a link for a random servey or somthing ive deleted my browsers and re installed them it did nothing please help. i cant factory reset as my windows 7 has been installed by disc

You do not need to do a factory reset.
You have adware.
To remove adware follow one of these guides.

You have adware on your computer. More than likely from something that you have downloaded.


Go to your installed programs and see what is the newest, if it doesn't look right, delete it.
