i got asked to upgrade to the Samsung galaxy s5 for a bit extra i currently have the s4 mini what is the difference and is it worth upgrading ?

Nah, I went from S3 to S5 and honestly didn't feel as if it was too big of a difference, so I bet 4-5 is even less..

Nope. They're virtually the same, they'll both be getting updates for the near future. Stick with the S4.

Pretty much only difference is touchwiz is updated (less buggy) and better camera...nothing more nothing less.
