Do you think they will let you buy them in game?
i personally dont because they were never meant to be online.

Maybe it will come one Day in the Future. There is a Hipster Plate in the Game but they are no longer unlockable.
There are Floorplans for a total of 3 Stripclubs in the Game Code and 50-100 Songs that havent implemented yet. So be paitent! Great stuff will arrive soon Iam sure, and I mean: Casinos, Nighclubs, Horses, More Songs, Story DLC, GTA 5 on Next Gen and many many more ;)

New plates are unlocked by winning competitions. Also, Rockstar announced they were working on a DLC that would add more music a few months ago.
