Hello, I am Peak Sour (The Leader of Peak Sniping),

I would like to start with some basic rules in which you will have to abide by in order to join the team. These Rules are:
- Loyalty
- No Hating On Other Members
- All Votes Are Decided By The Team

Peak Sniping are a team with great potential and great members. We are a "Youtube Sniping" team (Meaning we upoload Episodes and other content on to a channel in search for dedicated viewers and subscribers as well as bringing enjoyable videos to those who are looking for them).

We consist of 4 Main Areas:
Graphics (GFX) - Design channel arts, logos, Twitter banners, as well as doing Speedarts, Speed paintings, etc. for our Peak Arts channel opening when we gain more Subscribers.
Editors - Who edit episodes and other types of videos tat will be uploaded to the channel, extremely important. A good editor tops of a good episode to make an amazing combination.
Trickshotters - Hit trickshots on a range of games, or a specified games and supply clips for Peakcams as well as releasing their own personal episodes.
Snipers (Feeders) - Hit feeds on a range of games, or a specified game and supply clips for Peaktage as well as releasing personal episodes.

Peak Sniping have no restrictions on who is allowed in, we do not care about age, gender, race, religion or anything else in which you may see as a personal vulnerability. All terms in which you would like to meet to keep a relaxed environment should be sent to me on recruitment.

One thing certain people may see as a "downfall" is that we are currently in "Preparation Stage" which means that we are preparing upload schedules and organizing our team before opening the channel for various reasons (At the bottom of post due to lots of information). I can tell you this is, by far, a positive and will help our team in ever possible way.

*DETAILS*
We are in the process of organizing and editing about 7-8 uploads before opening our channel to stick to an upload schedule. This uploading schedule links into the Youtube set plan for subscriptions and partnerships. Thyis means we would fet raffic pushed towards our videos as we would become known for having set times for releases. This then helps Youtube frequently advertise. This then makes them want US to advertise THEM and THEIR sponsors, leading to montenisation. This basically means money and lots more views + subs as we are more recomended. This then grows with a steady flow leading to a featured partnership, making us featured videos, featured searches and even more frequently seen as recommended. This then MASSIVELY increases subscriber rates and helps us fund our project. This finally leads to high enough statistics to apply for a full Socialblade partnership leading to larger pay-outs, much more recommended, much easier to find through Google, Twitter and other searches and brings more privileges.
