i bought 2nd IF reus the other day and have a played a fair few games
and he just doesn't seem as good as his normal card like his shots
just are going straight to the keeper can someone help?
i play him in a 4-3-3 (3) at LW thanks

Well if you don't like him sell him and buy his normal card and then use the coins to buy better players for your team.

Like he said, save yourself the coins and buy the NIF version if it seems better to you.
