I just got the red and blue Klose card in a pack on PC... I was wondering if I could sell either the coins, or the player himself for real money? And if that is the case, how much roughly would it be worth? Would be much appreciated if someone could let me know!

Sell him in game, then go to a website such as MMOGA and sell your coins to them for real money
