i want to start making graphics but i don't know any programs what can i use the is for a noob like me i hav a mac but i have windows 7 on my other hard drive that is bootable

If you use Windows (I don't know if the program is on Mac ) I know of one good graphics making program. Adobe Photoshop CS6. I know of some professional graphic designers that use this program. You can make some sick looking Gfx from this program.

I also recommend adobe products.
I am more of a fan of Illustrator but that and Photoshop go hand in hand.

Creativity, no matter how many tutorials you watch, how many programs you use. Creativty is a must, not just anyone can do Graphics and get somewhere with it, shallow to say but true. Sure you might be able to make some good shit. But most Graphics takes place with using small bits of big things, with that being said, give it a shot. Photoshop is a great program, if you can't afford it, try something like Gimp (free).

Considering you're just starting out, try out GIMP. It's free and is still pretty good. Unless you can afford Photoshop CS6 then go ahead but for a beginner it's not ideal
