1.) Is the camo supposed to be rare?
2.) Why does it sale for $15 or more?

1. Yes, its rare it was a pre order bonus for Microsoft store.
2. Very few people knew about this, therefore limited access, and those who have extra sell it for a lot.

There was an exploit a few months back that let people get codes. They soon patched it and now codes are becoming extremely rare, atleast for Xbox 360!

If you could get a code now for $15 that's a bargain! I have seen people pay $50 on TTG and over $100 on Ebay!

1) Yes, the camo is now rare.

2) Question 1 answered why it sells for so much.
